We wish to mention that Luc Bilodeau went over and beyond our expectations throughout the process of selling our house and buying our new property. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong when it came to selling our house, however, Luc was always proactive and always had solutions and answers for us. Initially we sold our house with conditions of financing, the buyers were pre-approved and for some particular reason at the very last second they were financially refused. On the second offer, the buyer was approved and ready to buy, however, the client decided to bail at the very last minute and refused to sign the papers. Needless to say, throughout our emotional roller coaster, Luc was always there and communicated with us the latest opdates, whether they were good or bad. On our first house visit, we really enjoyed Luc's energy and temperament, he's very attentive to what we were looking for and was not "pushy" in any ways like some other agent's we've met in the past. I highly recommend Luc.

Maggie Tessier and the Tessier Team at Exit Realty Matrix recently sold our home during the Covid-19 state of emergency in Ontario. We contacted Maggie before any restrictions were in place and were ready to put our house up for sale right away. Then everything changed! We delayed listing our house for two months.
